The pole can be used for both aerobic and anaerobic workouts; all while building new skills and meeting like-minded people.

Classes will improve many aspects of fitness including: co-ordination, flexibility, motor skills, muscle endurance, definition and strength. Our poles can be used on static or spin mode - alternating the intensity of your exercise session. They will also give you a massive confidence boost as you perform moves you never thought possible!

Pole Fit Classes

Our sessions do run on a regular basis but all classes are very irregular with no two ever being the same! Like all of our sessions you will be guided through a warm up and cool down with stretches. The mixed classes will teach you an array of pole technique including; climbs; lifts; inversions; poses; spins; tricks and transitions. If you would like extra work on something specific see below for our list of options;

Specific Pole Classes

There are as mentioned above different manners how the pole can be used for fitness. In a typical class you will be guided through a variety. If you have however a specific aspect that you would like to work on then please inform your instructor at the beginning of class or keep your eyes out for our pole specific workshops.

Pole 1-2-1 Class – Your private pole class can be booked with your choice of instructor and can be made pole specific or more general pending on what you would like to work on. These are suitable for everyone and may be used as an introduction to pole or as a top up if you are working on something more specific.

Private Group Class – Group private sessions allow you have an independent pole fit class with groups of friends and/or family while spreading the cost. We need a minimum of 4 people to run this session. For numbers below this but more than an individual session, contact us for prices.

Pole Circuits – this is a very demanding class where you will perform individual moves on each pole station. The class is high intensity and participants will perform everything from varied climbs to 180 ° sit- ups! We recommend you are efficient at climbing and inverting to do this session. Participants must be able to lift their own body weight.

Pole Conditioning – this is class designed to give you an increased cardio workout that keeps you working through many strength based pole moves and are designed to target major muscles groups such as abs; hamstrings; glutes; quads; biceps and triceps. You will also target lots of smaller muscles groups – especially those in your hands, as you develop grip strength. These sessions are suitable for all levels of participants. Recommended attendance at pole fit class for 6 weeks or at instructor’s discretion.

Pole Transition – Here we teach you how to join your moves together and make sequences flow together in a seamless manner, with new combinations and tricks being developed on a regular basis; transitional sessions enable you to enter and exit throughout a variety of moves, linking them together to give you more scope and allowing you to experiment with moves learned at class. These sessions are suitable for all levels of participants. Recommended attendance at pole fit class for 6 weeks or at instructor’s discretion.

Pole Performance – Got the moves down? But your musicality needs work? Pole performance allows you to create a pole routine to music, tutoring on floor work as well as your transitional pole moves. This enables participants to flow more easily from pole to floor and back up again all to music. We aid competitor entrants as well as tutoring those who wish to piece together a routine for exhibitions and show cases. These sessions are suitable for all levels of participants. Recommended attendance at pole fit class for 12 weeks or at instructor’s discretion.

Spinning Pole – Like it suggests this session helps you transfer your skills learned on static pole onto spinning pole. Spinning sessions are more difficult as you have the challenge of performing a variety of moves on a persistently rotating pole! Inverting and manoeuvring on spin creates a great work out but also some of the most beautiful transitional sequences. These sessions are suitable for all levels of participants. Recommended attendance at pole fit class for 12 weeks or at instructor’s discretion.
